Question 1

Can I tell my own story or someone else's?

Accepted Answer

Both. You can create a Project about your own life or someone you love, and invite people to share their memories.

Question 2

Do I need to write the book myself?

Accepted Answer

You begin by talking with Ana by voice or text and adding memories and photos. Qamani then brings the material together in a biography.

Question 3

What will I receive?

Accepted Answer

A digital biography and an interactive Life Map, within the conditions of your selected offer. You can also purchase printing and shipping separately.

Question 4

When does the printed book go into production?

Accepted Answer

After you approve the digital edition, the Qamani team begins production of your separately purchased printed book.

Question 5

Is the documentary available?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. It is a future Qamani offering and is not included in your current purchase.

Question 6

How long does it take to create a biography?

Accepted Answer

Your digital biography can be ready in under five days. The timeline depends on how quickly you complete the interviews, invite family members to share their memories, and add photos and other materials. You can also take your time: your purchase includes 12 months of access from payment confirmation.

Question 7

Who can view a Life Map?

Accepted Answer

Anyone with the public link to a Life Map can view it while the Project is not archived and its owner has active creation or maintenance access. Access changes when those conditions end. Read our Privacy Policy for information about data use.
