If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of Qamani after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Your Account

To use Qamani, you must create an account using a supported authentication provider (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

3. Content You Share

Qamani allows you to upload and share personal content including photos, stories, audio recordings, and other materials related to memorial tributes. You retain ownership of all content you upload to Qamani.

By uploading content, you grant Qamani a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This includes processing your content through our AI systems to generate biographical narratives.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload, including obtaining consent from individuals featured in photos or stories.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Qamani uses artificial intelligence technology, including third-party AI services, to help generate biographical narratives, stories, and other content based on the information you provide through interviews and uploaded materials.

AI-generated content is created as a starting point and may require your review and editing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before sharing or publishing it.

Your content may be processed by third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Qamani only for its intended purpose: creating and managing memorial tributes. You must not use the platform to upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.

You must not attempt to access other users' accounts or data, interfere with the platform's operation, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from Qamani.

6. Payments and Refunds

Certain features of Qamani require payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed before purchase, and you will not be charged without your explicit confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

The Qamani platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Qamani and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Content you create and upload remains yours. AI-generated content produced by Qamani based on your inputs is licensed to you for personal and non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qamani is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the platform or its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qamani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or content.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Qamani if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or via email. Your continued use of Qamani after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
